    I'm am extremely disappointed. I've been waiting for my funiture to be delivered to my new residence going on almost a month now. Nothing about this move has gone as stated, the way it was explained to me when I called for a quote. I was told one thing by a company representative but the contract say something different all together. Please read the back of the moving company's contract before signing, it's designed for the customer to have no recourse. It's should be against the law to trick customers into signing these contacts. I have no idea where my funiture is and nobody has been able to provide me with any answers or updates about my delivery. Worst move experience ever, customer service sucks and nobody seems to care. Stay away from this company.

    DOT NOT USE THEM! My quote was 1000 over what they told me. Also one guy showed up and I had to help him the entire time. This place is a joke and I have reported them to the BBB

    I contracted with Interstate and they did not tell me they were a broker. They called to set up the pickup and charged me almost 400 more dollars. Then said R&R would be picking up my stuff and promised me that my stuff would be picked up and delivered directly to NYC from California. They swore my stuff would not be loaded and unloaded several times. Then Mike and some other guys showed up and picked everything up charging me another 1000 dollars. Mike made the same promises. That my stuff would not be loaded and unloaded to different trucks and warehouses. The delivery went smooth in NYC but after unpacking everything I have realized I am missing 2 boxes of stuff. And as the other reviews state, there is no way to get a hold of anyone to get my belongings. They do all this shady stuff knowing full well we are all at their mercy. This is such a disgusting display of humanity! This is all a disgrace to the industry! There are too many shady evil people in the moving industry. Do NOT use this company!!!! And Mike, btw, is a waste of skin! So if you read this mikeI said it! Do NOT trust him or R&R!!!!!!!!

    Ok, not even sure where to begin here. I went through a national agency (Interstate Moving and Relocation group) and they outsourced my move to R&R. I can promise you this, any review here that's above one star just cant possible be real.I was told that there would be three movers there to pack my belongings and load the truck, nope, there were two, which took much longer than I thought.  They assured me that this move would take 2-3 weeks tops. Great I thought. Well, it took almost 8 weeks.During that time there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO communication on their part, oh, and it get's worse, way worse. The phone number they gave me was ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I'm not exaggerating here, I tried calling them over 200 times and never once was my call answered, also their mailbox is full, FOREVER it seems.My only course of action was to go through INTERSTATE moving and relocation group, which I'll also be giving one star to.. They were somehow able to get ahold of R&R from time to time. I was assured that my items would be delivered over a weekend, so I'd cancel all plans and await the call. Well, you guessed it, that weekend came and went.. Then I was assured that it would be the following weekend, and guess what, yup, NOTHING. This happened three weekends in a row and at this point I was convinced I was scammed.At this point because of my inability to get ahold of anyone along with INTERSTATE's inability to give me any real information I reached out to my local FBI field office. I also communicated this fact to INTERSTATE and then I finally saw some movement.And it get's worse. So on Saturday at noon I was told to be ready for delivery between noon and 3pm on Sunday. Luckily I had placed some Apple Airtags with my belongings (Also how I know that the truck driver stopped at a casino in Oklahoma for several hours in the middle of the day) so I could track the trucks progress. So at noon on Sunday, the truck was still 450 miles away, and it wasn't until 4pm that the truck driver told me that he wouldn't make it on time. Yea, he waited until 4pm even though he clearly knew that entire day that there was no chance that he was going to make the delivery window he gave me.Ok, here's the icing on the cake. Once he finally got here I started opening some boxes that didn't look right to me and wouldn't you know it, IT WAS OTHER PEOPLES STUFF! Yes, he was unloading someone else's stuff?!? I quickly went through everything and noticed that there were several boxes that weren't mine, so I gave them back.So far theres lots of broken stuff, but I've got no idea how much stuff might be missing. I really really wish I would have taken better inventory before this move, I just could not have predicted the ineptitude of this company.Please take this as a strong warning as I'd hate for anyone else to have an experience like this. I really really cannot express how much of a disaster this company his and how unprofessional they are.This might be my worst consumer experience of my life.

    I was connected to R & R Moving & Storage via Perennial Van Lines, which is a moving broker. I used them for an interstate move at the end of April, 2022. I found R & R to be absolutely unprofessional in their care of my furniture and goods. They filled two small trucks with my goods and then transferred all to a larger truck. When the second truck drove away, my dining room table base, a custom shelf, and my mattress were tied to the back tailgate. Upon arrival, I found that the custom made shelf for DVDs was shattered into boards. The response to my reimbursement claim was that I had packed it myself (which I had not) so they were not liable. Most of my Mission oak pieces had tape adhesive residue on them from the sloppy moving blanket wrapping. Several pieces were scraped and dented. The metal frame for my glass top table was broken and scratched. I was missing several tools from my garage inventory which only became obvious the next week after delivery. What I will say about R & R was that they were on time. Under NO circumstances should you use R&R if you value your goods.
