National Seating & Mobility

I have been with National Seating and Mobility through So Cal Kaiser Permanente the Van Nuys office as I know it (Chatsworth) since 2016. They have been Angels for me. Although Elaine probly has heaches hearing my name now with me constantly ringing her up, I call her assured that I will get the assistance I need to get rolling again. Elaine and Jessie are the best, Im happy to be a satisfied customer.

*OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ELAINE, I bet when she hears my messages she says ooohhh no not that lady again! lolololol. Elaine returns messages within a reasonable time. Usually telling me I need an authorization from your Dr. Then shortly I get a text that my work order is in process. Now Antonio wow he is very respectful, professional, patient , knowledgeable of his chair's he too usually tells me I have to order that part I need a work order. Great service! I look forward to many years of service. Thank you.

My daughter has been waiting for her equipment for almost 2 years and they still havent gave us our equipment this is unacceptable especially for a company that is suppose to be helping people in need. I do not recommend this place to no one Im still waiting for my daughter equipment they are selfish and dont care about there customers health and need for there equipment.

Been waiting for 2 years for this company to get around to getting my disabled son his wheel chair. I have filed complaints with Kaiser which is the only thing that gets them to move. I call get a voice mail and no response. Sadly when there representatives finally get to answering my calls they have excuses that there are staffing shortages. Excuses excuse.
