Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. I've been on the phone for ONE HOUR trying to reach these people. Once I held for 15 minutes and was hung up on. Once I held for another 15 minutes and phone went to a busy signal. Again I called and held for another 15 minutes and was finally transferred to a place where I could leave a message...THEN the recording said "The mailbox is full." HORRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T GO THERE.

Cant make an appointment for an x-ray. Have to come in and wait for an hour for a scan that takes five minutes. Avoid this place. Its not that hard to offer appointment.

Terrible service, waiste of time , don't have things ready when you set an appointment you show up and they act like they have no idea you have an appointment

Terrible service. They rarely answer the phone, they put you on hold with music forever and then you hear a voice message saying that the person is on the phone and cannot answer so to leave a voicemail and then the voicemail is full and cannot receive any messages. How ridiculous this place is... First: I had such a hard time reaching anyone to schedule an appointment and when I needed to cancel it since I was in major pain and got my MRI done much earlier in ER, I wanted to be courteous and let them know about my appointment cancellation but it took me several days trying to get hold of someone. When I finally got through, The lady who answered was so rude and did not even apologize when I told her I have been trying to reach their office for days and was always put on hold each time and no access to voice mail.
