I just got off the phone with RUDY @ All-O-Matic. I live in Denver, and after our most recent snowstorm, our gate stopped working. I'd downloaded the manual, tried to fix it on my own several times, and nothing was working. SO, I decided to call All-O-Matic. What a THING!!! Rudy answered the phone, walked me VERY patiently and expertly through my totally NON-GATE-TECH knowledge, and now, our gate is UP and OPERATIONAL!! Thank YOU, Rudy, and All-O-Matic dream team!

Lets get this clear If youre having issues with your motor and leaving one star reviews its because you dont really know what youre doing. I am a journeyman/ Bussines owner of OFFTHEHINGEDOORCOMPANY and I work/install these all day. If you really know your electrical youll see that these motors are SO EASY TO INSTALL and are built a lot more stronger than competitors. I think all gates are the same when it comes to joining up devices. Tech support is always helpful and quick (this only works if you know the gate terminology and know what your calling for) I called today for a quick loop detector question and Fernando was quick at getting me the Answer I needed!
