I use them at my rental property as well as at my home for AC repairs. Communication is very strong and thorough. Their service techs are knowledgeable and most importantly their pricing is very competitive and they never tried to install unnecessary parts or overcharge me. Theyre very honest and never pushed to sell like other companies Ive used in the pass. I Will definitely continue using them in the future services. Ive done business with Pro Heating and Air for the past 5 years and have always received excellent service. I upgraded for an Hvac system and I also do maintenance service with them. I always complement the people who work hard to give the best. I called several companies out there to do the maintenance of my ac unit before summer. Im Very satisfied with the work that was completed by Pro Heating and Air, the price was reasonable and I will be using them for all future work, the technician was very professional and gave me tips to keep my unit running well. highly recommend.
