Personal attention in a motivating and friendly atmosphere. Experienced trainers help you achieve your workout goals. Plenty of parking also. Different trainers offer various workouts making each session enjoyable. I just increased the number of times per week I go in there. Seeing results make me want to go as much as possible. The supportive comradere with the other people in the gym adds to a nice benefit here.
