Gelsons is a great store! I love shopping at this location. I come here just about every day. Everyone is so nice and helpful, but unfortunately there is one rotten apple in the bunch and his name is RAY!!!!! I would say that hes a bagger/cart getter but most of the time he stands there doing nothing! So, Im not too sure what his job description is. Ive been very patient with him and his disrespectful and rude comments towards me. Ray has made outburst when I would walk by him saying UNBELIEVABLE and GO HOME Ive ignored his stupidity and ignorance every single time! Thinking maybe he is struggling with a psychiatric disability that I was unaware of. Unfortunately, thats not the case! Hes just rude and ignorant, and Ive had enough. Last Thursday, he almost hit me with his cart, didnt say excuse me. Completely ignoring me and one of the cashiers noticed it as well. Friday, I got in line, he walked away because, he didnt want bag for me. Stood over to the side as I bagged for myself. He then ask the customer behind me with only two items if she needed a bag and started making bags for her. I found this to be very rude because, I wasnt done and the customer hadnt even been rung up yet. He was told by the cashier at the time not to do that to me and his response was, I dont care! Im not sure where this energy came from. Ive never done anything to him. I know he wont be held accountable for this because he goes to his union to complain every time hes wrong but its OK. Hell probably deny that he did all of these things. But you have cameras in the store you could always watch them. Ray heres a little advice for you 1. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. 2. Stop projecting your misery and childhood trauma onto everyone else! 3. Its Never Too Late to Change a Bad Habit GOD BLESS!
