Met with Cyrus and couldn't belief his self-importance.  As a designer, I refuse to do business with this man and company. By the way, using the "Kardashians" as a reference is completely off putting and just plain tacky.

They have good slabs sure, but there are so many wonderful stone yards in the LA area, why would you put up with the dismal customer service.  Cyrus in particular exemplifies the "customer is never right" attitude, and laces his interactions with condescension and self righteousness.  I have given them a second & third chance but each time they find a new way to demonstrate that they don't value my business.  I am confident that if you shop here you will have the same experience.

This place is fantastic!  We came here first and found a slab we loved.  Cyrus looked at our cabinet and tile samples and took us right to the perfect match.  After that we ran all over town looking at other options, but never found anything we liked as much.  And, it was a great price.  If I was going to do it again, I would only go to TriStone and call it a day.

Do not use this company!!!!!I paid for and selected six slabs, when my fabricator went to pick them up they had sold part of my order. When I tried to work with the owner to get a replacement he was hostile harsh and very rude. Horrible customer service to not use this company!!!  Dishonest!
