        Hung came to give us a quote specifically for the owner. Said hows $1500 for everything? Called my owner and got it approved. They said they would send the paperwork to approve. When they did, it was over 40% higher than the agreed to number. And they wouldnt honor what they had told us - claiming it was an estimate. Really? You are off by 40% on s job this small? Cmon now. Was trying to build a partnership down the road, but could never trust a company who wouldnt honor a bid, verbal or not, with our own good customers.
