After DH gate seller couldnt do much and not try to help me at all when opening the crate the machine was broken and didnt work at all I googled around and found this location. I called and spoke to the most kind, and understanding human which was the owner. We talked and he understood my situation and spoke to me about if they have the replacement parts 99% they can fix it. Sure enough, his technician found the problem and was able to fix it. His technician def deserves a big thank you! He fixed a machine literally from scratch. My machine was broken on the inside in a million pieces and he was able to fix it. The owner kept me in the loop of whats going on and they fixed it within a small timeframe. Thank you so much again! I 100% recommend this place. You guys are awesome and thank you for making it easy the start to end of the process.

Best experience ever!! I work at a Spa in Palm Springs and Marn was super helpful with the shipping and having his own guys bring the beds and set them up too ! The workers were here in a timely fashion and they were just as nice as Marn! Honestly this was a great experience and our Spa has never looked better! The beds are BEAUTIFUL and ties the entire spa together!!! Im so happy with the beds and even happier with the customer service!
