was working with the owner himself, Gregory Mazler, and it was a very bad experience. I was in the process of deciding whether to subdivide or sell my property and spoke with Gregory at length about which would be the better option. I opted to go with some initial drawings that showed the potential to subdivide to use as advertising and at Gregory's suggestion put in earnest money to get the drawings done and prepare for the potential subdivide if the sale did not happen. He urged me to commit to the subdivide with the promise that if the sale of the property ended up taking place with just the initial drawings, he would refund me the difference in my deposit. That was the furthest thing from the truth. He pestered me relentlessly on the phone about moving forward with the subdivide and when he found out I had sold the property, basically just stopped responding. Gregory Melzer took 12K from me as initial deposit and charged me 4k for basic drawings. Now he is not returning calls or emails and has apparently decided his promise is not worthwhile and he is going to steal the other 8k from me. Extremely frustrating after putting so much trust into him and committing this money to him at his urging.
