I was referred to this company by a colleague that regularly works with them. It's my understanding that the typical contacts that I would have dealt with were out of town. My request slipped through the cracks. Understandable, it is what it is. After a week of thinking that they were putting their heads together to figure out what type of investigations they wanted to do, I find out that the main engineer had no idea what was going on with my request. I'm assuming I blindsided him with my questions about what they were planning on doing at the property. Regardless, Mark decided to take it out on me. I wish I had the patience to approach his bad attitude more gracefully, but at this point, I'd rather wait 3 months for my investigation to be completed, than deal with such incompetence. I'm extremely disappointed with what transpired. I was very hopeful that this company was going to be my regular go to.
