        Extremely disjointed staff. Nobody knows left from right, which for a mental health care provider is kind of antithetical to the whole purpose. Run arounds, apathetic call center that wont listen, and doctors who talk *at* you rather than to you. Youre better off talking to a brick wall. You might get a better response. Edit: since the posting of this review, Brain Health has done everything in their power to rectify my situation and accommodate my needs. I am extremely grateful for their attention and assistance.

        VERY unprofessional psychiatric evaluation. 1) the email said I was scheduled to see "Dr. Marlon Reyes", who is not a MD, but an AVNP. 2) AS I was describing details re: a violent murder in my appointment (after he asked for them), he put me on hold for 30 minutes to have a full appointment with someone else. Yes, he put my appointment on hold, mid-trauma details, to meet with someone who was late.
