Weve been so happy with shlomi. Hes prompt, knowledgable and on top of his a game. He has the experience and expertise and sets you up for realistic expectations so you dont get disappointed mid way through your project (like every person thats in the middle of remodeling/building). Hes a great guy and individual and highly recommend him for everyone!!!

I highly recommend A List Development. We called to have an estimate / consultation on our exterior wall / planks / balcony area, as well as a quote for our garden window. The Owner, Shlomi, came right on time. My wife and I appreciated how honest he was. He was not trying to make money or push a project at all, but instead was honest about what was cosmetic versus structural. He was also very thorough in his work, making sure to thoroughly check all the surrounding areas of the issues we were having. I highly recommend A List Development, for quality, honest work.

Shlomi is a consummate professional. His crews work was efficient and of the highest quality. He checked in with us regularly throughout the process, and kept us up to speed on everything going on. We had his crew make several repairs to our condo including replacing a leaky threshold to our front door. While water testing the threshold, we discovered a secondary leak source (unrelated to the excellent craftsmanship his team had already completed). Shlomi came out the same day to inspect, and completed the additional repairs with 24 hours! We will definitely hire him again for any of our future needs. This is the second time i am using A List Development for my remodeling project. I have worked with Shlomi in the past, and it was clear to me that i will work with him again. why changing a wining team??? i needed to remodel my bathroom, and i called Shlomi to talk to me about budget, ideas, designs, materials selection and 5,000 more questions.... Shlomi did great, we cover every small detail. we even went shopping together. I'm very happy with the results. looking forward to my next project.
