This is a scam business. Dont use them! Once I paid over $800.00, they would no longer answer the phone to an existing customer or help over the phone once they learn you are an existing customer.

Don't waist your money. You have to constantly push them to get things done. Forget about sending a fax, an Email or a phone call. They don't monitor them.

I began a process with Bright Evictions two months ago. They don't answer for existing Customers, only new Customers. I was later told that Customer Assistance was only available to existing Customers between the hours of 12 and 5. I was told that they return phone calls within 2 hours. Both are lies. Samantha says she can't help me, she needs to refer me to the Para Legal. Para Legal never returned my calls. Please, if you need an eviction, don't use Bright Evictions. I started the process in January, its March, and only thing is certain, I've paid the fees, and no response. RUN and AVOID
