The fell off the face of the earth. Phone tree changed, going over 2 weeks worth of messages, emails and nothing answered.

I am so happy I saw the ad for Edwards Builders and more than happy that I contacted them. They transformed our backyard tremendously and with so much care and professionalism. Now we love going in our backyard, sitting out there enjoying the evening and our beautiful yard. They only give you 5 Stars to rate them but they really deserve a 10 Star rating in our opinion. Thank you for giving us a beautiful backyard. The Diamond Family in Antioch CA I would like to show how unprofessional and cheaters I have found out these people are. The top of my retaining wall has more weeds now than it did before they did the work and my contractor said it's because I need to have a gardener come. I am going to try to post before, after and 6 months later photos. He was supposed to come to check it out and have it fixed but it's been a almost a month and I haven't heard or seen anyone. They also didn't put the sealant on the pavers so little weeds are coming up there too. I would like to see about getting some of my money back,. People put cement and pavers and rocks so they don't have to have a gardener. So sorry for trusting them.

They over change for work done to my house. Don't trust them. If you finance with GreenSky they will RIP you off !!!

!warning! if you're looking to up grade your home look somewhere else. this guys are broke and do not pay their subcontractors. they will take your money and you will end up with a mechanical lien on your home. this people are so broke they cant affort to pay me $9860. they are being sued for 5 million dollars. please dont do business with this thieves. if anyone wants to see peove of what i just said i can show you the emails.

Under handed! I agreed and signed a written contract for $19880., upon completion the contractor asked me to docu sign the completion form, which I did. A year later I am financially able to pay off the pace loan and I get a copy of my pay off amount, it’s almost $5000 more than what I was told and originally agreed to on the written contract. The contractor did not tell me about the price increase, he didn’t mention any fees and led me to believe the docu sign was just a completion form. Do not trust this company!
