Went for some parts. Parts sebicr guy was very nice and had good knowledge about the car. They don't stock much Camaro parts for my car. But then nobody stocks much for the Camaro I have. It was expensive, as is everything now and days . Hopefully my pats come in when he says. Nice place with free coffee.

This place was awful. Starting out, It was a decent experience. The salesperson helped me was friendly and polite. If not the most knowledgeable about the cars that I was looking at. She did explain now that she'd recently moved from a different dealership and was still kind of learning about the Chevrolet car line. The real problem started when I found a car that I was interested in, a pre-owned. This was after looking at what we thought was a new car until I noticed all the cat hair inside of it and someone came out to say that that car was actually a rollback. Apparently someone had purchased it, decided they didn't like it, and the dealership let them back out of the deal. Instead of talking to me about the price herself, she had the sales manager come out to offer me a ridiculously bad deal. When I told him I wasn't happy with it, he told me I would regret not taking the offer and refused to let me think about it. He told me this is the deal now and if you don't like it you can leave and then you won't get this deal and I'll sell the car to somebody else for even more. I ended up buying a brand new car from another dealership and only paid a few thousand dollars more than what he was asking me to pay for a used car with almost 50,000 mi on it. The sales rep called me recently to ask me how I was doing and I explained to her that I had purchased another car. I thanked her for her time because she was genuinely polite and caring. But I also let her know that because of that sales manager I would tell everybody I know to avoid Chevrolet of Van nuys and Keyes in general. They need to fire that sales manager. He's a real piece of garbage. I hope nobody else falls for his intimidation tactics.
