I honestly don’t know a potential client of your name. I am unsure if I ever even met with you either. You don’t mention the type of matter that u asked for a consultation with me and I do not recall your name.But let’s assume you did come in a pay consult fee ….that is set up for situations when a) a client is needing a quick assist on a legal matter or b) it is a chance for us to meet one another. To see id is the type of case I would help you on: and or if u even need to pay legal counsel at all.I have not done a paid consultation in at least 6-8 months as best I can recall. I am currently rarely in that office at all. As mention the lunch ….u may have come in between 12-1:30; as when I am around I usually have been in court all morning and I am back for the lunch hour before I return to court at 1:30 in the afternoon. So it would be accurate in that scenario to have some food during the lunch hour and I may have had lunch on my desk. If I had to be in court at 1:30; then I am pretty sure I was hungry. At the same time if I took that meeting with you was more because I would be trying to accommodate the fact u were there. I’d bet that you were a walk in during the hours of 12 to 1:30.I am sorry to try and assist you before eating my lunch. But know it was to fit u in According to your schedule.Also a paid consult should be no more than 45 min I am sorry if someone told u it was a sixty min consult.As to paper work. Most likely I will read your paperwork before if we have it or I will ask you for the paper work to review. If your question is or the reason to consult is needing an answer the paper work may not be needed to address….about he only area I can guess if we had a consult together would have been a child support matter which is when the state child support asks for financial records income and expense an Fl150 needed to be filled out I probably would have told you and I may have even provided u with a copy of the form and told u to fill it out ….add a couple of paycheck Stubbs to it and send it back to the state. I often tell clients in those situations don’t hire me or anyone as not much you can do they will run dissomaster and tell you what support it will be based upon income and time share. Finally as to your bad experience I ask for a thousand pardons truly that is not the way I like to serve anyone. But again it is hard to recall your matter as I am not sure what kind of advice I gave on what type of matter.You don’t say what the advice was and or why you felt it was poor advice.PS as to your reference to below referring to another person experience …she had many issue none of which my legal counsel or skills could address and that was about it …I am guessing she would have said that if god was helping her.

Sometimes an attorney does the best he can for a client who will be unhappy regardless of the work or outcome. In addition when the same client needs more work done, has unreasonable positions on her case, has some issues regarding excessive use of drugs and or alcohol, and on top of that she does not pay attorney for the fees earned, for the work she requested. It is no surprise she gets upset when the attorney says ok time to separate from this client. Thus her review ...
