        The worst management one could imagine. Property manager on site Razmik is a joke, would never address any issues, will silence your calls and messages. Water shut downs 2-3 times a month. Garage gates dont close at night, the front of the building looks like a garbage station.

        I lived here 1 year and that was enough to move out from there. First of all, its just a paradise for cockroaches. Lets say that you pay rent for them and for yourself. Second, fire alarm lives its own live. If youre planning not to die out of heart attack in the mid of the night, good luck with that. Third, neighbors. Some of them are quite and nice neighbors, but i dont remember how much police was in this building.
