Bad experience just trying to enroll. Receptionist was nice but the director Juan Duarte is so rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Doesn't let you speak. Just says i don't know or okay in a rude tone. They dont understand the many options we have and yet act like they're the only location in the city. Yea the reply you gave has nothing to do with my complaints. And it's a volunteer program I am looking for. My appointment in Lancaster is not April but May. But thanks for letting me know that Lancaster office is part of your business that way I can just cancel.

Awesome cool place to get back on the road , doctors, lawyers, peace officers, judge’s, athletes, supermodels, actors , activists, just being human and taking the high road click it or ticket and blow on this for your safety and mines .
