I have used Jorge twice. I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my ducts and coils. Jorge is a member of the National Air duct Cleaners Association or NADCA. He is only concerned with doing the best job possible and is very knowledgeable. Before cleaning the air ducts the last time, he came to see the system and advised that I have other maintenance done first in order to most effectively clean the ducts. I had an issue with my AC/thermostat that I could only guess was a fault. I called Omar to set up an appointment and he was able to fit me in his schedule right away and was communicative through the process. Once at my house he was diligent and thorough in his troubleshooting methodology. I am a professional and I appreciate watching others who really know what they are doing. Omar had isolated the issue and repaired it very quickly. I am fortunate that this happened before it gets too hot in the Valley. IF YOU HAVE A/C problems ... CONTACT TRUE TECH/OMAR ... you won't regret it ... needed yearly cleaning/maintenance and had some other concerns regarding the upkeep of our ductless/mini split system ... scoured local services and came across true tech ... one of the single best choices i've made in regards to my condo and home services .. system was installed by another company, never again, but the manufacturer's top recommendation for working on it was true tech/omar ... he came out ... did a deep cleaning and repair on one of the splits ... cleaned out the lines for the other 3 ... did the yearly maintenance on the main unit/compressor ... asked tons of questions specifically in regards to the install to understand the possible issues also ... very fair pricing ... responsive and was able to perform the service within 72 hours of asking ... during a week where the average temp was in the 90s ... the split that was deep cleaned and repaired ended up failing less than a week later ... he came out ... worked on it ... ordered the parts from the manufacturer (who lagged for over a week on sending him the parts) and repaired the unit in under an hour ... can't ask for any more ...
