        Been coming here for 20 years. I've had the use of Kaiser AND Palomar hospitals/facilities in the past where I'd never have the same Physician, they'd mispronounce my name. And there was generally a LANGUAGE barrier... I come to Rincon where they do NOT try to make my name HISPANIC. And, I've seen the SAME Doctor(s) for this entire time. It is like that old show Cheers when Norm would walk in and be welcomed by everyone by NAME! I am SO appreciative to have this IHS facility.

        Very nice, clean, and organized facility. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Son had an appointment there today. They got us in 30 mins before his scheduled time. All in all it was a good first time visit.
