Salad was fresh and nicely presented. Walt's Shrimp is very good. My favorite. Big helping of their famous biscuits. We took the remainder home. Had the chocolate cake for dessert which was delicious. Our server was friendly. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Parking: Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking right in front of restaurant with easy wheelchair access.

The only reason I'm giving this a 1 is because the service wasn't up to par. Let me explain. Our server Whitney was awesome outside of making it plain that a advertisement for lobster and shrimp was for 17.99 however when we get in and share with the server what we where looking to order. She tells us that their prices differ by location. Ok so in our minds we're paying for the advertisement for 19.99. Explain to me how the bill was for 42.99 when we get the check? Make it plain!! Asked to talk with the manager because Whitney says she explained it to my party. Manager get there Adrianna stands by her server even after sharing with her the initial expectations. Needless to say Whitney missed out on that tip. Communication Red Lobster that's elementary. 1 star for you!!
