I will never go back to this place as I had the worst experience in a food place: First of all, there is a sign that says that without a mask there is no service. So I opened the door and asked the woman if I needed one and she said yes. I go to my car to get a mask and when I return in 15 seconds the door is already locked. I knock on the door several times and it looks like there is someone in the distance, I call on the phone and no one answers or it is with a busy tone and after several minutes the same lady opens the door and I ask her what happened and she tells me that it was time for her break. Finally, I decide to order and tell her that I have a coupon to redeem and she informs me that this location does not accept coupons. So, I went to buy a burrito at the place across the street. I ask the woman who served me her name and she tells me her name is Mary Lorenzo, a person who passed by while I was waiting outside for them to open told me that she is the owner's daughter.

I visited your store today at 1115 am. You were closed and your reason was because you had a delivery in process. I wanted to eat healthy today and I had to eat taco bell. Next time, either schedule a second crew member, or take care of the customer first, or reschedule your product delivery.
