Broker/Realtor Hermie Sunga has displayed the most unprofessionalism I've seen in a long time. Not only does he have a fiduciary responsibility to his clients he has the responsibility to act in good faith.
Example:
Offer placed on a Monday due Wednesday. Hermie sat on offer and did not present it. He Waits to deadline to pass and asks for an extension until Monday. Knowing he had planned an open house the upcoming weekend (My bad) should’ve declined but being the nice guy I agreed upon a Monday noon confirmation.
Hermie failed to meet noon deadline and stated offers would not be presented until later that evening. Tuesday received notification of three counter offers to multiple buyers being placed. I accepted counter and was advised on a noon deadline on Wednesday. Hermie missed deadline. I rescinded.
Buying a house is always a big commitment but there is no excuse for this to happen to anyone. Yes I can file a complaint to BRE but I felt a review may hold more weight
