        I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option. Edgar took pictures of my daughters Track Team. He took one (yes one) individual picture. Well her eyes were closed (this is why you always take multiple shots). We spent $36.00 on the package, so what does he do? Prints the whole package and gives us $13.00 back. No offer to re-shoot, no full credit and cancel the transaction. Terrible customer service. If you have a choice don't use this service. If you don't have a choice take a selfie just in case.

        Time frame for us to get out pictures back took forever!!! We wanted to use his football pictures for his Senior night but they arrived too late!! When I called to ask questions about it, the secretary was so rude!! She sounded like she hated her job and was completely annoyed that I called.
