Angel and his team showed up late after Ernest gave me a quote based on pictures of my whole house. They saw I was alone and took advantage of me. They brought in some other guys because they said it was going to be a "big job" it was a small place and I already sold most of my stuff. Angel took long breaks to get "more supplies". One time I can understand, but he did this many times and charged me for it. They didn't even have enough supplies to pack my small place that they should have been prepared for in advance because I sent pictures and they gave me a quote. Angel went to get fast food for himself several times while barely giving the other workers he brought a break. I bought the other guys lunch and feel sick that they stole from me. They damaged so many of my things, they damaged the property and they took from morning to late at night and didn't finish the move. Angel got high on the job. Either Angel or the workers he brought stole from me. When I confronted them, they said they would pay for damages but now they refuse to take my calls or emails. Ernest and Angel refuse to give me the names of the other guys they hired to see if I can even try to get my things back which makes me think it's Angel that stole from me. They also overcharge for boxes and materials compared to other honest moving companies. Ernest recently sent me many emails saying he would pay me back, but when I found his personal information online (and his family's personal information) to take Carquinez Moving Express to court, he got angry and accused me of "stalking" him and said he won't be refunding anything. I wouldn't have to waste my time looking for his information to sue them if they just did the right thing by giving me the names and contacts of the individuals that were in my house and paid for the damage they already admitted to. I have lost hope that I will get my stolen items back but hope this review helps someone else from getting their things stolen and damaged too.

Great company! Have used them about 3x now with my offices and are quick and come with all their own material. Ernest is amazing and very professional. He was able to to get more men quickly once we realized the piano for my Fresno office was going upstairs I appreciate your time always -Kamie

Sounded very professional at first but they are just professional con artists. You'll be lucky if your stuff makes it. All good reviews are their friends.
