        I signed up for a new policy 2 weeks ago. great overall experience with Veronica Mariscal! then 2 weeks later i was rear ended at a stoplight and my new insurance company wasn't responding when i tried to file a claim. i was really annoyed, BUT Veronica just, out of the blue called to see if i had any follow up questions, so thankful she did. she is now calling to try and help me out and get them to respond to me. she has been a fantastic broker and help through all of this.
