Went to look at a couple condos for sale and the property is falling apart on the outside. Rusting and mold on everything, wood rot throughout the entire facility. Storage units barely hanging on or damaged. Inside the condos that we looked at were nice. One of them had a view of a honey pot porta potty... just so run down but has so much potential. Unfortunately won't be buying. Can't imagine what damages are in the structure itself since they seem to not maintain anything there. With HOA cost and nothing to show for it, it really doesn't make sense to own here.
