Mitchell Paula DC

Dr Mitchell is an excellent chiropractor. I'm so grateful for her. She's a DC (doctor of chiropractic) so she has more education then a chiropractor who's not a DC. I have a old compression type of neck injury & scoliosis which causes chronic pain & problems. If it weren't for her treating my neck & back for 6+ years I wouldn't hardly be able to function.

I had a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for weeks. She was able to fix it in two sessions. After her first adjustment it felt immediately better!

A number of years ago, I went to Dr. Gray- Mitchell for my what was becoming ironic back pain. First, she mentioned my scoliosis which came as somewhat of a surprise.  Without me saying a word she located my painful and swollen areas and with skillful manipulations I could feel the muscles in my back relaxing and becoming flexible. I left her office not only pain free but feeling straighter and taller. I return as needed when I feel out of alignment.Recently, I slipped on a light weight interlocking exercise mat that had water trapped underneath it. I stepped on it, slipped and threw my arms behind me to break my fall . I had fractures in my wrist, hand and foot. I also sprained my right arm above the elbow.I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Gray-Mitchell for a back adjustment  I mentioned the increasing pain in my right arm; she had me flip over on  my back. I could see that my shoulder was pushed forward and sitting more in front of me than to the side. Dr. Gray-Mitchell simply said "well it looks like we found the source of your pain, you have a partially dislocated Shoulder".  She gave me a moment to process this info (calm down) and slipped my shoulder back into the socket with ease.  Problem solved! I left her office feeling unexpectedly relieved and so grateful. Dr.Gray-Mitchell is a skilled, knowledgeable chiropractor, a problem solver affirming once again I was in good hand.
