I came in today to set up a savings account for my daughter. There were two representatives and no customers in there. I live down the street so it was convenient for me to come to this location. I can prepared with her social and all my information to set up the account. Both of the ladies lady told me they couldn't assist me because they had appointments. One said they were coming in the next 8 mins and the other stayed "yea I have an appointment too." I proceed to walk to my car and I'm loading my daughter in the women who said she had an appointment in 8minutes. Walks out the front door and leaves...maybe she went on lunch or something I'm not sure. But that's very unprofessional to tell somebody you cannot assist them because you have a scheduled appointment. But you end up not having one and leave. Like why lie? For me it's the principle.
