During my recent visit to the apartment homes, I had the pleasure of meeting with the representative, LAN Tran. Her kindness and openness throughout the tour left a positive impression on me. She was forthcoming in addressing all my queries and concerns, and I appreciated her honesty. While I was interested in pursuing an application, I was informed that I had already submitted one a year ago. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with the process again due to income-related issues. The only obstacle that prevented me from obtaining the unit was my income, which was not sufficient for the requirements. Specifically, my income from being an Instacart delivery driver was not reflected in my bank statements, as I used a third-party service to cash out my earnings daily. Although I provided a letter from Instacart to verify my income, I was informed that it could not be used for income verification. This was unfortunate, as I thoroughly enjoyed the walk-through and had hoped to become a part of the community.
