      image This place is not open around lunch time which is when most people have a chance in between their job to come and mail stuff out . Says nothing anywhere about closing for lunch anywhere on the site or on their storefront sign hours of operation

      Hi Shawn, we are open for lunch on a daily basis. Unfortunately, due to an employee being out last week due to Covid, we were short staffed and needed to close for 45 minute to allow our ONE employee working by herself to get a break. A sign was clearly posted on the front door stating the reason for the short closure. am sorry if you not being able to run an errand on your lunch break caused any inconvenience for you.

      image For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. Ive had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise

      Hello Sheri, Unfortunately, our system is unable to scan USPS scan codes. We also no longer take USPS drop off packages, only letters due to the fact we no longer get a pick up at the end of the day. Our store is fairly small and we unfortunately do not have the space to hold USPS packages. We value your business and we are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call or stop by the store and speak to our store manager.

      image If I could give a 0 star that still would be too high! Customer beware!! Employees very rude, not helpful! Shipped a package, never got to destination, the UPS corporation said never left the store according to tracking. Went back to store they were rude and told me it could have fallen out of truck, dropped in parking lot, or lost at a facility and are not responsible. I would never ship anything with them again.

      Dear Cindy, I am so sorry for your experience. I am however a little confused as to why you would leave this review. When you came into the store yesterday, you conveyed to me that you have shipped with us numerous times, and this was the first time you had a missing package. Please understand, on a slow day 200 plus packages leave our store, and we take missing packages and your experience, very seriously. It is always our intention to provide the best customer service while ensuring your package reaches its destination, however sometimes once the package leaves our establishment, it is beyond our control what happens to the package. I provided you with the following resources; UPS Customer Service phone number, an email, and a website to file your claim. I also explained that if you had any further questions to call us at the store. I am very sorry this situation has happened, and I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
