I have known and worked with Kathy for many years. She always puts her clients first. She has a great amount of knowledge about real estate and keeps open communication with her clients to ensure a smooth escrow. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell property.

Kathy and her team worked with us on getting our dream house late last year. We werent sure if we would pull the trigger on buying at the time and were not represented just casually looking at properties. We came across the one we loved but sellers would not negotiate on price so we walked away. Kathy and her team did continue to reach out as they found other houses we might like - they were completely professional about it and not pushy at all. We were starting to come around to the idea of a different a house a couple months in and still our original dream house was on the market. Finally with some patience and negotiation with the help of Kathy and her team we were able to get the house we wanted! Now 9 months in we are still happy with decision and of course glad we bought when we did. Kathy and Collin were patient with us and helpful through the process. The best part is they are super down to earth despite selling a lot of really nice homes! Not pretentious at all, they are kind, honest, and want you to be happy at the end of the day.
