Not sure if they do anything other than collect a check and pay the bills. Good luck with trying to improve anything or get anything done. Nancy is an absolute lazy worthless manager.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! It is so difficult to get a straight forward answer from these people, worst management company that I have ever experienced. I've been calling and leaving voice messages, sending emails and I still have not heard anything back from them. WHAT A HEADACHE!!!!

Horrible "management" company that doesn't do its job. The owner and manager, Nancy Yamaoka, is a rude, obnoxious, incompetent and unprofessional individual. She doesn't manage her staff properly and never takes responsibility for mistakes and problems, EVER! In the last year, they do not return phone calls and often mislead or lie about fixing issues. We have to leave multiple messages and send multiple emails before they even bother responding. Nancy is not capable of keeping track of her employees and many problems, and gives confusing answers to delay and stall. She has terrible communication and people skills. Nancy doesn't keep track of issues, then blames the homeowner for her mistakes and mismanagement. Stay away from this incompetent company!

Worst management company that I have ever experienced. It was extremely difficult to have any response for email or phone call. No respect to the tenants. In making a three-hour window of meeting appointment, no one appeared with no phone calls or whatsoever.
