I was 2 minutes late and I wasnt let in. I understand that there is a schedule however less than 5 minutes considering that I got ready and came all the way. Its just inconsiderate and rude. Ill never go to this business and they need serious training on the customer service. I couldve been a long term client and this is actually my second time getting turned down. First time there was a problem with the reservation, didnt show on their system and this time this.

I have been coming regularly and attending Natalie's classes. Her classes are extremely challenging, which I enjoy. Moreover, she adjusts her classes based on what the clients need. She worked with me through my many injuries, including giving me alternative exercises when I was experiencing a flareup from old fracture on a lower vertebrae.

Great classes! Amazing instructors! Wonderful business owners. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for Pilates studio. The workouts changed my body and mind.

Coming back to say, once again...Emily B. is amazing! I haven't been able to take her class in awhile and last night I was reminded of just how great she is. I haven't felt that challenged in a long time. I left exhausted, but in the best way possible. There is something about her instruction that makes you want to push harder until the very end of class. Can't wait until my next session with her :)

Probably an appropriate time to finally leave a review after all of my obnoxious check ins ^__^.Motivate has been pretty great and super efficient when it comes to scheduling a class. You download their app and book your times from there along with purchasing your memberships. Pretty simple, although getting into phone contact doesn't really exist but really doesn't need to. Go on the site and everything is explained from there. I lowkey drove by here after taking my kid to their league haha i finally gave in and just downloaded the app and tada been hooked for 2 months now. The Instructors!!!- Every single instructor I've met from Emily S / B to Cereza, Crystal and Hannah G are all amazing. They're very motivating in a great way.Personally I'm beginners level and the person next to me maybe super advanced but I enjoy being able to learn from my peers along with the instructor always being able to help correct my form. So what I'm saying if you're beginner don't worry because you're not alone. This isn't a race or competition, you should always go at your speed and progress from there.
