        Our repair technician WES was amazing! Very professional and friendly (and patient!). He explained everything thoroughly and was able to replace our cracked screen on our IPhone quickly. We absolutely recommend WES, and would ask for him specifically!

        I Had an appt thru samsing to figure out why my galaxy s22 ultra stopped connecting to the network suddenly. I was told he cpuldnt find my 6pm appt, and that if i did come in theres nothing they can do tonight, which is fine, i expected as much they made my appt 1 hour before closing. My issue, is that without even seeing the phone which doesnt have so much as a scratch on it, that it probably couldnt be fixed. Somehow he knows it cant be the attenea or sim card reader. He was very rude and condecending. I dont know how these guys have such good reviews.
