Worst customer service, they treat you as a scam company, front desk so unpolite and literally hang up on you and after that they don't pick up the phone. sales people gets upset at you when you follow up on your part and they pretty much lie on your face. countless emails and calls and not a single solid answers in about 2-3wks, I guess they expect you to forget about your PO and they'll deliver when they please. look for other bearing distributor if you don't want headaches.

The produce high quality parts. They are very concerned about employee safety.

Extremely unprofessional company. Cant believe this company is still up and running. Get your parts elsewhere. Extremely dirty and managers only care about money. They dont monitor parts close enough and are barely present throughout the day.

The usual, come at you nice, and then expect you to perform advanced work after 5 days of training. Training with an instructor with a language barrier, that tells you your doing in rite, then a couple days later, your told half of everything you made was useless and that your fired. I did everything they asked me to do. And not even a chance to explain and of course, being new, I'm completely wrong. I tried more than my hardest to be a great employee, and im just now informed I was the worst after 6 days of training and they don't want me.
