This company lacks any sense of responsibility to the small customer. I had them handle one project for me earlier this year and it was done according to our agreement. I recently came back with another project and was told it would be done in four days. Then they called to say it would be about three weeks. When I stopped by to pick it up they said it still hadn't been done but would call to let me know when they could get to it. No call came. A day later I called and was told that they simply couldn't do it, they were too busy. They and I both kept it polite, but I am extremely disappointed with this total lack of integrity at L & M Precision.
