        I received my insurance renewal, and it seemed Mercury may have had made an error with my policy. I reached out to Vivian who promptly got to the bottom of it and resolved the issue in minutes, saving me hundreds of dollars! My dealing with JSG have been very positive, particularly with Vivian. I feel my interests are always "looked out for", and I am very apprciative for that. While personal service seems to be becomming more and more rare these days, that is not the case here! Thank you so much!
