Express

The store manager is very rude, I will never be coming back here again. Major attitude at the checkout desk, I felt very uncomfortable, she just threw the clothes at me and her tone was very demeaning and hostile.. first of all Im shopping at your store lady, spending my money here. Maybe she has a big ego.. your a store manager its not that serious. I asked to use the dressing room and she just rolled her eyes at me. Is this the customer service you guys want in your stores? I will be contacting corporate.

We found that the quality of their cloths were very good. There are plenty of nice styles and a few plus sizes.

Manager is rude and lazy. Keeps one of the entries closed at (4pm) and refuses to open the fitting room even though they only have 2 customers in the entire store. Refused to give her name but she can be seen here. Tried to call security for us asking for her to open the fitting room. She said we could buy it and try on clothes at home. No store does that. Ridiculous.

I am a regular customer of express. But this time i visited. I see the price terribly increased. Sorry express but i wont visit express. Be careful guys.

I wanted to write a review on my recent visit . This location always has a nice vibe .It was my Birthday coming up and I wanted to wear something from Express. I went to Valencia town center and was assisted by Jasmine. She was so nice and helpful. She suggested different options for me to try until we finally found the perfect outfit. She not only helped me find something but made me feel good in the process.I usually shop online and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful she was . Thank you Jasmine. She is definitely a valued employee and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I use to work retail for many years  and it seems that retail has gone down as far as customer service goes. It is not the same , and I had completely lost faith until I met Jasmine. I will definitely go back to that store.Give her a raise please!"
