        Came here for an oil change. Had an appointment for 2pm. I don't get my car back till 4pm. I leave there to go on with my day then I realize I should check in they put my wheels lock. They didn't put it back. I drove back to get my wheel lock but they said they missed placed it somewhere. Please if you go to this location check if they put the wheel lock back. An hour tops oil change takes them 2 hours

        Exceptional customer service from when I was greeted upon entering and assisting me with my tire issues. i was told it would take about 3 hours, but the work was completed in less than hour. Your staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. I made a good chouce when selecting your company to purchase tires for my suv. The warranty covered most of the cost and I was back on the road quicker than anticpated. Great job Vacaville!!
