        The lady we got was apparently the highest certification the IRS provides but she was a total novice. She didnt ask for our closing documents and we were first time home buyers! Thats a huge write off that she isnt even think about. Dont go to these people. They are terrible. She waiting until the night before taxes were due to tell us we owed ($10,000) and we dont! Im using TurboTax on my own because its more reliable.
