        She left a small elastic band around my dogs ankle causing it to swell up triple the size. She was obviously in pain for hours throughout the night I am lucky to have found the band when I did. She had been licking and chewing at her foot as it swelled causing red irritation all over her paw. The band was buried beneath her ankle fur (which is why I didnt find it for hours) and so tight I had to cut of off to remove it. She also claimed my dog had behavior issues during the groom (shes been groomed professionally her entire life with no issues) and charged extra for said behavior issue.
