The team was efficient and very friendly. They did a fantastic job with setup, last-minute add-ons, take-down, and communication throughout. They even went and helped a friend of mine during setup when she was hanging decorations from the arch (a bit precariously). Everything looked perfect. Many many thanks to Funtastic Rentals!

Rental companies need to have hospitality too. Growing up in a small business family, you completely understand busy seasons and that unforeseen circumstances at different events come up. That traffic delays are out of the companys control; however, there was a trend with this companys communication from the month prior to set up through the pick up after our event that led to this review. We were dealing with extreme weather and needed to make change orders which ended up increasing our contract price, but made us also feel like an inconvenience to this business. That because we were needing to add more rentals, we were being unreasonable. The owner will tell you what you want to hear instead of setting realistic expectations regarding timeframes for set up and take down. We had even requested to add an additional wall panel to which we were told they would bring but it was never received. Scheduling and timing especially for a wedding you project manage yourself is extremely important and unfortunately none of the time commitments with this rental company were met for my wedding. We tried to be extremely understanding with labor, traffic, and additional events, even to the point of providing lunch and water during set up for all of the companys employees. Unfortunately, we were not granted the same respect for our time and did not receive any updated timeframes if there were delays. Leaving us to be waiting around for multiple hours on multiple different days and having to continuously check-in for timeframe updates. Our final straw for this review was one of their workers left their car on our property after the owner agreed they would be off the property by dark. The worker ended up ringing our doorbell at 11pm three times. If you value communication and concrete deadlines, set clear parameters in the contract prior to signing with this business.

Funtastic Rentals go out of their way to make your event successful! From the first phone call with Dhillon he made it easy, was professional and helpful in all the decision making. The crew that set up our Birthday event for 45 people were considerate, careful and focused on details and perfection. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for sure! We had a beautiful tent canopy with a gorgeous chandelier and a lighted walkway from our French doors to our pergola that sparkled with lights that were dazzling!! So gorgeous and festive!
