    New Management is rude and disrespectful. She thinks that I am beneath her and my son only deserves what she says. I have tried on several occasions to make sure my son gets the treatment he needs and deserves. I have contacted the office serval times as well as their bosses only to ignored. I have been dismissed and disrespected to many times to count and again today in front of several other patients which I have on video. I have also made other attempts to contact anyone who will help me but there is no other number or email nor are they on BBB. I’m not letting this go and will be posting the video to every social media site I can find and wherever else it can be posted. You can’t treat people and their children like they don’t matter and think a parent is going to say anything.

    Dr. Iverson and his staff is amazing ! Did my orthodontics here and they are so easy to work with, they always answer phones and great help. They love kids and my kid loves to go with me overtime i have to change wires. The right place to go for braces :)

    I was really happy with this place at first mostly because we have been really happy with Children’s Choice Dental with whom they share an office. I was willing to pay more than other places for my daughter to have a better experience than she did with the Orthodontists at Western Dental. However, ever since I signed the contract and began paying it has all been downhill. First my daughter had a wire poking the inside of her mouth, and when her grandma took her to get it trimmed she was informed there was no one who could help her until the following week and we had to schedule an appointment. Western Dental at least has someone who can help with this every day they are open. When I called to make an appointment I was informed there is only someone there to help with that every other week! Her first scheduled follow up appointment was canceled with very short notice and rescheduled for two weeks later. I am then informed the Orthodontist will only be in once a month on a Monday because he actually works out of Yuba City! I was really not happy with this because it means my daughter is now going to likely have to miss school for most appointments since Mondays she doesn’t get out until 3:32pm. But today was the final straw. It was her second follow up appointment and I get a call from them 3 minutes before her 9:20am appt (which I took off work for) that her April monthly appointment needed to be rescheduled for May! Apparently they left a message on Friday afternoon (re her Monday morning appt) but they called from a number that is neither of the 2 I have programmed in my phone. I get a ton of robo calls so I generally don’t answer if it isn’t a number I’m familiar with. Plus they text me to confirm her appointments so I go by that. But that is so beside the point. Out of 2 follow up *monthly* appointments both have been canceled and pushed out 2-3 weeks!?!? The one day a month the Orthodontist is supposed to show up and he can’t make that? Zero regard for our time and schedule, the comfort and anxiety of my daughter, the potential risks of pushing her monthly appointment to the following month, the list goes on. If I hand been made aware of any piece of this I would’ve looked elsewhere. I feel completely duped and my daughter is very upset. I tell them that this is not acceptable and I obviously need to take my daughter elsewhere and I get told the financial department will contact me. I get a voicemail, return the call, and get someone from a Premier call center who can’t get ahold of who I need to talk to but she can tell me they are nice enough to not charge me interest and a cancellation fee but I still owe them almost $400 if I want to go elsewhere and actually have my daughter’s Ortho needs tended to like I signed up for! I’ve already paid them $800+ and, despite the fact that she *should* be having her third “monthly” appointment in less than 2 weeks, she has only been seen once. I realize it is not these individual people’s faults, but I am furious. Premier Orthodontics is a chain that needs to be accountable for this. If Dr. Iverson can’t provide reliable treatment they can’t just expect us clients to just accept that. I will write a follow up when and if someone bothers to sort this out. Until then, don’t be duped into this nightmare.
