I had a terrible experience getting a home loan through Christina Flores at this branch, they did not give me an accurate assessment of how long it would take to go through the process, and they refused to give me my deposit back they said would be refunded at closing.  They also would not let me correct my survey to reflect  the poor quality of service I received. They took advantage of a veteran applying for his first home loan, and began ignoring my calls and emails after I discovered their dishonesty. It took them over a week just to respond to my complaints about the discrepancy. Do not go through Wells Fargo for your VA home loan!

Every Time I call they say your account is in Litigation and we can't talk to you. My account has not been in Litigation in over a year, Wells Fargo never updated the information. They keep telling me you need to call your attorney . There has never been an attorney. How can I call someone that does not exists? This is the worst bank I have ever seen. They should not have bought my loan , if they don't want to deal with me.

Started my Re-Fi with Ogla in Aug. Terrible SERVICE!!! I am a disable vet trying to get my 1st VA loan. I've been with Wells Fargo since 1989. They've had my loan since. W.F does everything for you not to get a loan or refi! They also sent an appraiser out to my home; that had no clue of what she was doing! She took our $500 and I have no appraisal yet. She said my home was illegal and i have not paid taxes!?? REALLY?? for over 23 years I've paid taxes!!!! I like to get that money back, if it so illegal! Ogla wanted me to do track down all my housing info!! ISo WHY AM I PAYING you guys?? I maid one phone call to Placer Title and got the info in less than 5 minutes. Worst of all; besides doing their job-OGLA would return my calls in 7-10 days or have answers to my?? NOTHING EVER is smooth or accomplished with this company!! Dis heartening to say the least how I was treated. Piss poor service--stay away and go somewhere else.
