Working with Elaine in the sale of our house was a wonderful experience. She made the process as easy and straight-forward as possible which we appreciated during the busyness that moving naturally brings! She is very organized, honest, hard-working, kid-friendly, patient, and communicative. We felt confident she would represent us well in all communications with potential buyers. Elaine Sciacca is a great agent! She helped us get our home ready to sell, as well as helped us find a replacement home. She was persistent and timely in contacting contractors and other agents. She explained every step of the process along the way. We would not have had such a smooth transition between selling our home and finding the perfect replacement without her help! Elaine was not just a professional, she took our concerns about covid -19 seriously. She got ahead of our concerns and made sure we always had a safe experience. Her job knowledge and attention to detail is the reason our house hunting was a success. She was willing to teach about Coldwell and what they were able offer us. She knows the local schools and neighborhoods and made a great guide for us in our transition to Vacaville. There is not a world in which we could be happier with our real estate agent.
