What can I say about Drew? He's attentive, punctual, knowledgeable, a family guy, overall a swell guy. This has been the best experience I've had with a realtor and I hope to have Drew for the rest of my relator needs. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was there. There isn't enough words in the dictionary to describe how well this guy takes care of your relator needs! 11/10

Drew has been our real estate agent on a few transactions over the past several years. He is always courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He goes the extra mile to make sure that all of the details are covered while keeping a mild demeanor through the entire process. Ive heard great comments from other agents involved as well as escrow personnel regarding Drews abilities and professional qualities. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Drew was a literal gift from God for my wife and I. We came to him with a three month time crunch of when we needed to be in contract on our first home due to some life circumstances and wanted a place where we can settle down and start a family as soon as possible. He was the most patient person dealing with some very complicated family dynamics, a roller coaster of emotions and our hectic as all hell holiday season work schedule. Quite frankly the man deserves a noble peace prize for sticking by us despite the shenanigans we put him through. He made himself available always and went above and beyond for us. He stuck with us after losing some homes in insanely aggressive bidding wars and help make sure we never bit off more than we can chew. He talked us off a cliff many times. He NEVER pushed us on any choices and was always honest and completely looking out for our best interest rather than just trying to make a quick buck off us which is huge in this market where often buyers are put into really risky deals and waiving inspections, overpaying etc. He was at our service always but never in an exploitative way. Drew, with some brilliant guidance and creative and strategy very specific to our financial can/can nots and timeline, helped us get into our first home for 16k under asking, in our timeline, in one of our three desired neighborhoods in Vacaville with the perfect sized place for us. He even paid attention to details such as the house having the perfect shape and layout for our home theater set up, and the potential for cosmetic renovations that align perfect with our style to make the home are own, yet also a place that didnt require major expensive fixes. Everything from our desired plumbing pipe material to the life span of the A/C he always kept our needs front and center of his mind. Cant say enough good things about this wonderful human being. My wife and I have a child on the way and we couldnt have settled down and tried for it in our tiny one bedroom hell hole we were living in, I will never forget the role he played in helping us start the rest of our lives as newlyweds and begin our new journey as a family. If anyone ever harmed a hair on this mans head I would rent a Redbox with their credit card and never return it. If i had to describe him in one word Id say thoughtful or empathetic or patient or.. well this is a futile task because hes way too many great things and cant be summed up in one word. If he can win over my spicy Israeli mother in law, he can do anything! Drew Reyes is the GOAT.
