My husband and I were trying to see a house that did not have an open house scheduled, and when the agent we were referred to was unavailable, we requested a tour via Zillow. Brandi called us right away and was able to help us tour the house that afternoon. From the moment we met Brandi, her attentiveness and flexibility exceeded our expectations. As time passed, I would send a list of houses 5-6 houses we wanted to see, and Brandi would schedule times for us to visit, ensuring easy access to each house. We were grateful for her well-trained eye for noticing water damage, rot, cracks, and areas of concern that we would have never picked out ourselves. Each weekend she learned more about our style, wants, and needs, and the quality of the houses we saw was better and better each weekend. She helped us understand what to look for in write-ups and photos that could raise a red flag. Brandi supported us by submitting four offers on our behalf.
